I, for one of millions of Americans, am tired of subsidizing junk mail. I receive a mail box full of the junk all marked with different postage-2.9 cents, .05, 7.3, 9.2 and several marked just ”U.S. Postage paid,” but no amount.

Who determines what postage is paid on all these envelopes when I have to pay 29 cents to mail a letter, card or pay my bills?

I am going to send all this junk back with a ”return to sender.” Maybe, just maybe, this will stop the junk mail I`m paying to subsidize!
