New Delta flight schedule: Delta Air Lines Inc. plans to begin service Nov. 1 to 23 cities in Europe, India and the Middle East on routes acquired from Pan Am Corp. The $1.3 billion deal, which needs approval from federal regulators, will more than double Delta`s trans-Atlantic service to 195 round- trip flights weekly from 92. Delta also will take over Pan Am`s Northeast shuttle beginning Sunday.
