Maxwell sells publishing assets: Maxwell Macmillan Inc. sold the medical, nursing and life and hard sciences publishing programs of Robert Maxwell Inc. to McGraw Hill Inc. for undisclosed terms. Macmillan said the remaining publishing assets of RMI, which include books in the areas of behavioral and social sciences and women`s studies, are also in the process of being sold.
