If you haven`t yet had your fill of Halloween happenings, have these:
– The Addams Family Band will perform at 9 p.m., 10:30 p.m. and midnight at Puszh Studio, 3829 N. Broadway (312-327-0231), which will be transformed into a haunted house. The band first performed at the bygone and dearly missed Raccoon Club and is comprised of some of the city`s finest cabaret performers: Jan Hobson, Kingsley Day, Cheri Coons, Phil Johnson, Mark Hawbecker, Beckie Menzie and the inimitable Mr. Bob. The show features some traditional holiday songs such as ”The Monster Mash” as well as original tunes. We`ve seen all these performers before and have to believe that this is as good a show as you`ll find on any day. It costs $10.
– The scariest movie we`ve ever seen is ”Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer,” the low-budget masterpiece that we first discovered buried in the Chicago Film Festival and which went on to critical success. If you haven`t seen it, here`s one of its best lines: ”Yeah, I killed my mama . . . .” If you`d like to meet the fellows who made it-they are very nice-and help benefit the Organic Theatre, go to the special event Wednesday at Facets Multimedia, 1517 W. Fullerton (312-327-5588). There`s a reception at 7 p.m. followed by an 8 p.m. screening. It costs $15.
