Once again the ”death doctor” Jack Kevorkian is in the news for helping his patients end their lives.
I suppose that if you believe death is the end of everything and you are in great pain, suicide makes some sense. But if you believe in a hereafter and a judgment, it could be the worst mistake you could make.
There is a commandment, ”Thou shalt not kill.” Since killing is the last act of a suicide`s life, there is no chance for repentance.
Before anyone decides to ”go with dignity,” they had better ask themselves some hard questions about what they expect to find on the other side.
