A 28-year-old St. Charles man was charged with harassment by telephone after he allegedly called a downtown business several times, using profane and threatening language, police said.
Mark A. Honeyman of 1909 Oak St. posted $100 bond and was released to appear Feb. 20 in Kane County Circuit Court.
