Harold M. Flanzer, 71, president of a business brokerage firm, died Monday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital. A resident of Winnetka, he founded and headed Harold M. Flanzer & Co. He also served as president of National Gas & Oil Co. and of Mills Envelope Co. Survivors include his wife, Gloria; two sons, John and Peter; a daughter, Jane; five grandchildren; and two sisters. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
