The bankrupt investment firm Drexel Burnham Lambert on Thursday sued Martin Siegel and Dennis Levine, who both had been merger specialists at the firm in the mid-1980s. Drexel Burnham, joined by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Resolution Trust Corp., said Levine and Siegel breached their duties to the firm by breaking the law and company policy.
