Dorothy Strong McHugh, former owner of the public relations firm of Dorothy Strong & Associates, died Monday in Barr Pavilion. Mrs. McHugh was in public relations for 30 years. There are no immediate survivors. A memorial mass will be said at 11 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1415 N. Park Ave.
