I am extremely disappointed in a Feb. 2 article, the ”second of three profiles of the largest U.S. airlines-American, United and Delta.” I believe that to limit your profiles to the questionable top three airlines does a disservice to your readership.
There are a couple more airlines that should be included in these profiles of the nation`s top airlines-namely Northwest Airlines and U.S. Air, including their home bases of Minneapolis/St. Paul and Pittsburgh.
I would like to see unbiased profiling by including the other two or more. Otherwise you limit the scope of your reporting to giving the incorrect illusion of only three major airlines.
