– Bloom 52, Eisenhower 51-Lamar Hillman hit a jumper with :07 left to clinch the win and Preston Boyler had 16 points as Bloom (15-9, 8-4) retained first place in the SICA East.
– Thornridge 90, Thornton 79-Antonio Cooper had 23 and Chris Mays 22 to lift Thornridge (13-12, 7-4) in the SICA East. Michael Allen had 32 for Thornton
(10-13, 6-5).
– Bolingbrook 64, Plainfield 57-Kelvin Ross (21) and Terrance Wells (14)
propelled Bolingbrook (12-13).
– Bloom Trail 72, Thornwood 61-Gordon Sharkey had 21 points and Shawn Aldridge 18 as Bloom Trail (17-7, 7-4) remained in the SICA East race.
– Joliet West 74, Joliet Central 57-Corey Shelby had 18 and Demetrius Anderson 17 for Joliet West`s No. 19 SICA West champions (18-4, 11-0). Audie Roberts had 20 for Joliet Central (6-15, 2-9).
– Lockport 45, Romeoville 44-Jim Foster (17 points) sank a layup with :07 left to clinch second place in the SICA West for Lockport (17-6, 8-3).
CLASS A
– Illiana Christiana regional-University High (22-1) edged Evergreen Park 73-71 in overtime behind O`Darie Weathers (31 points). Jim Czerwinski had 26 and Tom Czerwinski 23 for Evergreen Park (6-18). St. Martin de Porres (10-16) smothered Chicago Christian 63-36 with Jerry Gee scoring 25 points.
– Bishop McNamara regional-Peotone (20-5) swept past Beecher 68-34 on Bill Cummings` 20-point effort, while Momence (10-16) needed 14 from Randall Verzel to get by Grant Park 44-40.
