The Bensenville Board of Zoning Appeals has approved a request by the village to locate a resource center in the Hamilton Townhomes.
The village has purchased a town home at 125 Hamilton St. to be used as a resource center, which would offer social services and educational programs to residents.
The town homes are now zoned as multifamily residential. A conditional-use permit granted by the zoning board enables the village to establish the center.
