Where do these representatives get the idea their jobs are temporary, so that Social Security is not withheld from their salaries? Farmers have temporary help during harvest time and must withhold Social Security for their workers. Are they any different from the rest of us?
They should pay back Social Security for that which was not withheld for all the years they have been in Washington, so seniors would not have to pay more and more from their meager checks for health care. I wish they would explain what temporary is, as some have been in Washington as long as 30 years and some most of their lives.
