Senior right-hander Mark Dressen moved into the top spot on the Illini all-time baseball victory list when he notched his 26th against Illinois State. He passed up former Illini aces Randy Conte, Carl Jones and Marv Rotblatt, each with 25. Dressen also is the all-time Illini leader in innings pitched.
The women`s tennis team has a busy week, playing Wednesday at Purdue and Saturday at Ohio State. If Jennifer Roberts` squad wins those two matches, it will go for the top seed in the Big 10 championships when it takes on Indiana at Bloomington on Sunday. The Hoosiers are unbeaten in the Big 10.
