Two men were arrested in St. Charles on disorderly conduct charges after someone complained they were throwing empty cans at parked cars from a second story apartment balcony.
Leonard T. McQuinn, 21, of 255 N. Spring St., Elgin, and Richard J. Feigl, 18, of 2070 Hassel Rd., Hoffman Estates, were arrested early Sunday in the 2000 block of Wessel Court.
Both were released pending an Aug. 20 appearance in Kane County Circuit Court.
