Thomas F. Wrenn, 59, an electrical foreman for the Chicago Park District, died Monday in Grant Hospital. Mr. Wrenn, who lived in Rogers Park, was also formerly an electrician for the Broadmont Electric Co. in Chicago. He was a member of Local 134 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Mr. Wrenn is survived by his wife, Anne; a brother; and a sister. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 6559 N. Glenwood Ave.
