Francis E. Fuller, 89, a resident of Libertyville for the past 63 years, died Tuesday in the Lake Bluff Health Care Centre in Lake Bluff. Born in Moline, Ill., he was a retired chief estimator and draftsman in the Engineering Department for the Milwaukee Railroad in Chicago. He is survived by five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave., Libertyville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
