Dr. George J. Tarulis, 82, died Monday in his Southwest Side home. Dr. Tarulis was an osteopathic physician for 53 years and an associate professor at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is survived by his daughter, Diana; a son, George; a sister, Bertha Nattsas; six grandchildren;
and 12 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie Ave., Chicago.
