Fisher-Price said some of its child car seats for young children may have problems. Shoulder belts on Models 9100 and 9101, manufactured between Feb. 8, 1991, and Jan 24, 1992, can come unfastened at the back of the seat. Fisher-Price, based in East Aurora, N.Y., said it will provide kits to fix the seats. No injuries have been reported.
