Officials are eyeing the possibility of instituting a pay-per-use program for garbage collection.
Under the current program, two bags of garbage each week are collected free. Additional containers must bear stickers purchased from the village to be collected.
Under a pay-per-use system, all containers would have to bear the sticker.
