Andrea Hart, 21, named Illinois` 1992 National Collegiate Athletic Association`s Woman of the Year, is now eligible to become one of 10 national finalists, to be announced this week. Hart is a cross-country runner and recent graduate of Western Illinois University, which received $5,000 for its athletics department from the award sponsor.
