Dennis R. Puckett, 43, an interior decorator from Lake Bluff, died Saturday in Lake Forest Hospital. Born in Killen, Ala., he was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Linda; a daughter, Samantha;
his mother, Wilma Murphy; his stepfather, Kenneth Murphy; his stepmother, Norma Puckett; two brothers; four sisters; six stepbrothers; and a stepsister. Services were held Tuesday in Antioch.
