Anthony L. Neal, 19, of 2234 Hervey Ave., North Chicago, was free on bond after police arrested him early Saturday on charges of aggravated assault and reckless conduct. Reports said Neal was at a party at 2050 Hebron Ave. that was being dispersed by police when he pulled out a handgun, later identified as a toy, pointed it at a Lake County Sheriff’s deputy and his police dog and pulled the trigger three times.
