Polling places for suburban primary elections will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Voters will select candidates for the April 20, 1993, statewide general municipal elections and will decide tax increase referendums in four suburban high school districts.

Those with complaints or questions about voting procedures should call their respective state’s attorney’s office.
Up for election: Voters in Northwest Cook County, McHenry County and Kane County will be selecting candidates for the Palatine Village Board, the Elgin City Council, and the townships of Elgin, Algonquin and Nunda.
