A flower peddler faces a March 26 court date following his arrest on drug charges at West Frontage and Higgins Roads, according to police. Todd A. Huels, 22, of 25 S. Meyers Ct., Des Plaines, was charged with possession of cannabis, police said. An officer approached Huels Monday afternoon and noticed that he smelled like burnt marijuana, police said. The officer searched Huels and found a small bag of the substance, police said.
