Gary A. Johnson, 30, of 804 Panorama Drive, will appear in court April 6 on charges of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property, authorities said. Johnson allegedly had a dispute with another motorist Wednesday night in the parking lot of his apartment building. Police said Johnson went into his apartment and returned with a hammer, which he used to smash the passenger-side window of the victim’s vehicle. He then threw the hammer through the windshield, police said.
