Edward Hernandez, 17, of 416 Lake Ct., is free on bond after police arrested him Tuesday on weapons charges for allegedly having a .38 caliber revolver in his car. Reports said officers stopped Hernandez for allegedly driving a car without valid registration. A gun was found sticking out from beneath the dashboard, according to police.
