A pair of Chicagoans-Laurie Metcalf and Aidan Quinn-are here this weekend filming “Blink.” Madeleine Stowe is also starring in the romantic thriller. Metcalf is flying in for weekend-only work, because during the week she’s busy playing Roseanne’s sister Jackie on “Roseanne.”
Seeing stars
Betty Buckley, who begins previews Tuesday in “The Fourth Wall” at the Briar Street Theatre, plans to hit the Art Institute of Chicago this coming week. Aside from looking around, she tells us, she’s planning to sign up for an art class.
