Two Winthrop Harbor women and a Waukegan man were free on bond Thursday after police arrested them for possession of cocaine. Janine Holland-Love, 29, of 1101 Park Ave., Kathleen Moore, 32, of 1343 Fulton Ave., and Mark Kozi, 31, of 814 Ash St., Waukegan, were each charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
