A local woman was arrested after she allegedly tried to take $7.50 worth of cigarettes from Piggly Wiggly Foods, 460 Orchard St., police said. Sandra L. Goshinsky, 18, of 384 Maplewood Drive, allegedly put three packs of cigarettes in her purse Tuesday morning and tried to leave the store, police said. She was free on bond Tuesday morning, police said.
