Frances Pinsky, 74, a retired secretary for Bell & Howell Co. in Lincolnwood, died Tuesday in Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. Mrs. Pinsky worked for Bell & Howell for 12 years. Survivors include two sons, Burton and Jay; three grandchildren; and three sisters. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Weinstein Brothers Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette.
