After a one-car accident last weekend in which four people were hospitalized, police arrested the driver on a drunken driving charge, according to reports. Abel Lopez, 22, of 1537 S. 57th Ct., Cicero, was charged with DUI, speeding, improper lane usage, not having insurance, open transportation of alcohol and not wearing a seat belt.
