Two sailors were free on bond after they reportedly left a local restaurant without paying their bill early Sunday. Katina Alexander, 20, and Quianna Bell, 19, both of the Great Lakes Naval Training Center, were charged with retail theft. The two women left in a cab with four men, but a cab company dispatcher reportedly told police the taxi’s destination, where the two women were arrested.
