Raymond C. Walter, 33, of 359 W. Irving Park Rd., was arrested on an outstanding warrant Sunday for possession of cannabis, police said. Walter was stopped by police after he was seen wearing four sets of long johns and socks and carrying a woman’s nylon knee-high stocking. Walter was also wanted in Schaumburg for aggravated assault.
