Facelift: Sears, Roebuck and Co.’s Merchandise Group said it will invest about $6.3 million in 1993 to renovate six Michigan stores in Bay City, Dearborn, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Saginaw and Waterford. The company said the statewide initiative is part of a five-year, $4 billion capital expenditure plan that Sears announced earlier this year.
