A Palos Hills man was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of a vehicle with a false vehicle identification number, police said. Arthur M. Laski, 34, of 9958 S. 84th Ter., reportedly told police that he transferred the VIN number from one of his cars to another, according to authorities. The vehicle was impounded.
