Ernesto Blanco, 18, of 123 N. Mason St., Bensenville, was charged with possession of cannabis Tuesday after he was stopped for allegedly running a stoplight on Irving Park Road. Police said they stopped Blanco and found a bag containing marijuana when they searched his car. Blanco was released on bond.
