Suit: Procter & Gamble Co. is suing to try to stop an executive from joining Clorox Co., saying he could betray trade secrets. Neil DeFeo directed worldwide strategic planning for laundry and cleaning products at Cincinnati-based Procter. He recently resigned to become group vice president of U.S. operations for Clorox, based in Oakland. DeFeo couldn’t be reached for comment.
