Harold Lemke, 19, of 9 West Shore Drive, Grayslake, and Nathan O’Neill, 19, of Paddock Lake, Wis., were charged with theft Wednesday after police reportedly found them siphoning gas from a car in the 700 block of the Court of Birch, according to police reports. O’Neill also was charged with obstructing a peace officer, unlawful possession of alcohol and unlawful possession of fireworks.
