Victor Frank, 37, of 732 S. Washington St., Elmhurst, was charged with criminal trespass Tuesday after he allegedly caused a disturbance at Visitation Church, 779 S. York St. Police said Frank had previously been asked not to enter the church. Frank was released on an identity bond.
