A 17-member team of experts will descend on Commonwealth Edison’s troubled Quad Cities nuclear power plant next week, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has announced.
The team will study plant management and operations to see if Edison needs to make changes to improve performance at the plant, a twin-reactor unit near Cordova on the Mississippi River.
