Frances B. Hicks, 81, died Thursday in her Wilmette home. She is survived by her husband, Ray; a daughter, Sheila Bedrick Hicks; a son, Dr. William Hicks; and 11 grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth.
