Richard H. Eckert, 70, of Highland Park, a retired auditor for the Western Railway Association, died Saturday in Highland Park Hospital. Mr. Eckert is survived by his wife, Myrtle; two sons, Gerald and Ronald; a granddaughter; and four sisters. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1713 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park.
