Four men were charged with unlawful possession of cannabis Saturday after police said they saw them smoking what they said was marijuana in a car parked outside J.P. Duggan’s Pub and Eatery, 20 E. Irving Park Rd. Police said they found four plastic bags containing marijuana in the van. Charged were Carl Snyder, 49, of 3 N 36 Chatham Ave., Addison; Dan J. Cwiklinski, 38, of 1037 S. Westmore Ave., Lombard; John R. Gwinn, 40, of 1212 Wesley Ave., Evanston; and Thomas P. Rugg, 29, of 427 W. St. Charles Rd., Lombard. The men said they were in the band playing at the bar.
