– An 18-year-old resident was listed in fair condition at Copley Memorial Hospital after being attacked Sunday in what police described as a gang-related assault. Orlando Rivera, of the 700 block of East Downer Place, told police he was sitting on his car at Galena Boulevard and Spring Street when three gang members drove up and hit him in the head with a metal baseball bat or pipe.
