Preconstruction sales have begun for Heartland Meadows, a community of 1,000 single-family homes being developed by Sundance Homes in northwest suburban Elgin.
The development will consist of nine designs in two series.
Heartland Meadows is at Randall and Bowes Roads 1 1/2 miles south of Lake Street (U.S. Highway 20).
