The new plan has 2,400 square feet. It includes volume spaces, an open floor plan, 9-foot ceilings throughout the first floor, walk-in closets in most bedrooms and a first-floor laundry room.

The first-floor den, with optional French doors leading into the adjacent family room, can be converted to an optional guest suite with walk-in closet and nearby bath, with separate shower. The family room has an optional fireplace.

The one- and two-bedroom units will be priced from $78,000 to $185,000.

They will have refinished hardwood floors, fireplaces with marble hearths, central air conditioning, washer/dryer hookups and outdoor decks. Parking will be available behind the buildings.
