John D. Bonham, 75, founder and chairman of Insurance and Engineering Service and associated with Lamb Little & Co. of Rolling Meadows, died Thursday at home in Inverness. He was a World War II Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Lorraine; a son, Toby; a daughter, Lette Allen; a brother; and three grandchildren. Memorial services for Mr. Bonham will be at 4 p.m. Dec. 5 in the Countryside Unitarian-Universalist Church, 1025 N. Smith Rd., Palatine.
