A 21-year-old local man was arrested after he allegedly threw pizza at his sister during an argument Thursday night, police said. Christopher L. Howard, of 1624 Lotus Drive, allegedly told police that he was angry at 20-year-old Tracy L. Howard because she had bumped into his car when she pulled into the family driveway, police said. The brother was charged with domestic battery, police said.
