A 59-year-old Lombard man was charged with possession of marijuana Sunday after his car was stopped for speeding near Roosevelt Road and Highland Avenue, police said. Edward Buckner, of 1318 S. Finley Rd., was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, police said.
